We specialise in classic and vintage transport for weddings and other special occasions such as formals and anniversaries.
We also provide a unique wine-tasting experience, or simply take a country drive, in the Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale wine region. Fine dining for lunch, or more casual offerings can be built into your itinerary.
About Humber Cars – “On Great Occasions, Humber takes Pride of Place”
MCC is the exclusive provider of Humber Cars in Adelaide (and possibly Australia), providing premium wedding transport at a competitive price. These distinctive cars are often mistaken for Rolls Royces, or Packards, such is their elegance. But they have a rich pedigree, all of their own. One of the oldest known makes of car in the world, Humbers are no longer made. In their heyday of the roaring 1920s through to the swinging 60s, these cars were favoured by bankers, and the wealthy class, and Super Snipes were the largest saloons on England’s roads.
MCC is home to the very rare Humber Pullman limousine; this stately vehicle was used by the military top brass, and the rich and famous. Even royalty – the Queen Mother had one. They were also found in Britain’s corridors of power (Sir Winston Churchill had a fleet of Pullman limousines during the war years). Our current Queen, HRH Elizabeth II, used these limousines in her coronation tour of the Commonwealth motorcades in 1954.
I have a picture of Judy Garland stepping out of a Pullman on Broadway. King George V favoured these cars, and the king of Tonga has one to this day.
MCC has 5 cars available. One Pullman limousine and two matching Super Snipe sedans (1950s), as well as older Humber Snipe sedans, if you are looking for a more vintage look (1938 and 1946). All our cars have been fully restored with no expense spared!. They are therefore immaculate and well appointed with leather and walnut interiors. Tulle and ribbons provided at no extra cost!

- Pullman – holds 7 to 8 passengers, sedans 4-5 passengers.
- Our drivers are uniformed in suits, experienced, courteous and helpful.
- Large umbrellas are available for inclement weather
- First aid kits are on hand, as is the red carpet when the bride rolls up to the ceremony!
- Refreshments of water and soft drink/nibbles are provided during wedding photo sessions.
- Cars are fitted with USB stereo systems for those of you who wish to supply some music for your special day. Or simply ask us to provide a selection.
