  • Chargrilled salmon, stacked on a bed of mediterranean vegetables with roasted capsicum sauce
  • Roasted vegetable stack with sweet balsamic sauce (v)
  • Asian peppered beef fillet, roasted shitake with wasabi and crispy shallot mash
  • Eggplant rollatini, pinenuts, ricotta and spinach with a rich napoletana sauce (v)
  • Pumpkin, pine nut, spinach, sundried tomato strudel with white wine and basil sauce (v)


  • Baked lemon and lime tartlet with honey double cream
  • Sticky date pudding with toffee sauce
  • Warm chocolate brownie, white chocolate fudge sauce and vanilla pod icecream
  • Bittersweet chocolate pot with rich runny chocolate sauce and chantilly cream
  • Fresh fruit, custard tarts with grand marnier cream
