Entrée

  • Szechuan prawns and scallops on potato and watercress salad with crisp prosciutto, fried capers and capsicum essence
  • Risotto with smoked duck breast, snow peas and semi dried tomato in a white wine sauce with shaved parmesan
  • Garlic and lemon marinated chicken on a bed of Mediterranean char grilled vegetables with mustard dressing
  • Guacamole and salmon terrine with king prawns, petite salad and salmon caviar

Main Course

  • Grass fed Coonawarra beef sirloin, gruyère cheese and potato mash, buttered beans, Swiss brown mushroom and red wine reduction
  • Chicken roulade with semi dried tomato farce on saffron and parmesan risotto topped with pesto
  • Grilled barramundi on a bed of hommus topped with mint yoghurt, onion and sumac salad
  • Crispy skin Atlantic salmon with blue swimmer crab risotto and herb butter sauce

Dessert

  • Lemon tart with honey mascarpone and Persian fairy floss
  • Honeycomb semi freddo with ginger snap biscuit and strawberry compote
  • B52 mousse - layers of Baileys, Cointreau and Kahlua mousse with toffee shard
  • Almond parfait with baby poached pear and praline tuille
