and Adelaide Room. Weddings of up to 145 people are catered for
with ease, and the option for a more intimate setting for

Entree
- Royal Whiting (SA Whiting in a lemon butter sauce served
on a bed of pilaf rice)
- Tomato Tarte Tatin (Roasted tomatoes over caramelized
onions, on a puff pastry base, drizzled with a sun dried
tomato balsamic dressing)
Main Course
- Chicken Ballantine (boneless chicken pocketed with
asparagus, wrapped in bacon and served with a rich
hollandaise sauce)
- Pepper corn encrusted roast beef served with garlic &
rosemary kipfler potatoes and drizzled with pepper sauce
Dessert
- Brandy Snap Basket (filled with fresh seasonal fruit,
ice cream and raspberry coulis)
