Phil Hoffmann Travel understands that in today's society many couples who enter into marriage already have all the necessary merchandise to set up a home. This makes purchasing a suitable wedding gift rather difficult for family and friends. This is why we have developed the Phil Hoffmann "Honeymoon Registry".

It is quite simple! Once you have booked your dream honeymoon with Phil Hoffman Travel either by making a booking at one of our travel agencies or via our website you will need to complete a honeymoon registry participation form. We will then provide you with elegant cards with your honeymoon file number which you can enclose with your wedding invitations. You can keep your honeymoon destination confidential if you wish.

What your guests will need to do is either:

A) Contact our office, quote your booking number and notify us of the amount they wish to contribute or B) Complete the honeymoon registry contribution form

In return for their contribution to your honeymoon, we will send the guests a small gift card which they can place in your wedding card just to let you know the nature of their gift and in return you can send the appropriate thank you note. (The amount of the donation can be specified or kept confidential).

Please note that in the instance whereby contributions to the honeymoon registry by Family and Friends does not equal the total value of the holiday the bridal couple will be responsible for payment of the balance. However, if contributions exceed the value of the holiday you will receive the excess contributions in travellers cheques which can be used as spending money.
