Welcome to “White Hill” Chaff Shed Celebrations
This unique venue will appeal to those with a sense of individuality and creativity in the planning of their special day.

We are proud to claim “White Hill” as part of McLaren Vale and South Australian pioneering history, having been farmed by the Oliver family since 1841.

Over the years it has been the venue for many and varied celebrations, indeed the first recorded wedding was held here on the 19th day of September 1877, between James Little and Ann Cameron- Oliver.

The rustic 1850’s Chaff Shed atmosphere combines well with all styles of cuisines, which can be personalized to meet your particular taste, budget and style of function.

The 150 year old Chaff Shed is rustic and intimate. Licensed for up to 60 guests, this can be extended up to 100 guests with outdoor settings and umbrellas if a cocktail style reception is preferred. In fine weather this can be extended to include the surrounding lawns and gardens with outdoor settings and market umbrellas.
