Oven roasted chicken breast wrapped with prosciutto with chateau potatoes, snow peas and porcini mushroom sauce

Pepper Steak
Beef fillet with mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans, confit cherry tomatoes and a brandy peppercorn jus
